As you know from my home page, my first documentary was The Game Changer. I always recommend this one first, because it was informative! Not only that, the information wasn’t just some rhetoric you hear all the time from different associations touting their own studies and benefits. This was information from a guy trying to find a better avenue to health and his discoveries along his journey. I was impressed.
Here is a list of various documentaries I have watched, all have been viewed at least twice, and some five or more times. Every time I watch one, no matter how many times I have seen it, I take away something new!

- There are two additional films from the FOK film, one is the Engine 2 diet, and the second is the Extended Interviews from FOK, I do recommend this, as it goes into additional information that just didn’t fit into the main FOK, so a good follow up

These can be found on Netflix, Tubi, YouTube, and probably several other platforms.
I truly believe that the best way to start your own Plant Based journey is through gaining knowledge. When you can change your health direction in two weeks or less, what have you got to lose? Well, weight, high blood pressure, colesterol, and diabetes to name a few things! All of this without a pill!
